    ha ha too funny....once when I worked in customer service I was helping troubleshoot a client's printer problem over the phone...we couldn't get anywhere because she was a foreigner and maybe she didn't understand my language because every time I asked her to tell me what she saw on her screen, she would answer that she didn't live anywhere near a stream!

    That is funny, I imagine she might have thought you were quite crazy in the head talking about having an electrical applicance so close to water... hmmmm ;-)

    Reminds me of the lady who called in for a replacement for her PC. She said she had been impressed with the coffee cup holder that came out when you pushed a button, but that it was too flimsy to withstand her heavy mugs, and had broken off.
