Hi Rayaz, your command, I will post an article on Ram upgrades and types this week.
About the best CPU.. I'd stick with INTEL Core 2 Duo... this CPU offers the best performance for your budget, speeds varies every day, but as for now the best for your money is model Intel Core 2 Duo E8600, with 2 cores, 3.3 Ghz speed, 6Mb Last Level Cache, DDR2 and DDR3 RAM support, 1333mhs bus speed, and 775 socket as the main features.

If there is no budget to stick to, the best one is Intel Core 2 Extreme Processor QX9775, with 4 cores, 3,20 Ghz speed, 12 MB last level cache, 1600 mhz bus speed, with new 771 socket this processor is the best there is.
